3 - Promotion/Marketing assistant
Flexible working hours - 6 - 18hrs p/wk - £5-£6 p/hr
Initially you will assist our existing staff on promotions excercises, which may be office based, researching projects via internet etc. or out and about visiting sites and talking to potential players and teams.
Hard working and outgoing characteristics are essential as well as good communication skills.
Team members who show exceptional ability and motivation may have the opportunity to progress to a more independant role with increased working hours and remuneration.
4 - Referees - think you can do the job better!
Open to qualified ref's and those looking to get into the profession.
Flexible work arrangements - 1-4 nights p/wk £6-£10p/hr
JD5s are looking for high quality referees to join our growing leagues at both new and existing venues in a bid to further raise our excellent standard of refereeing. JD5s has a reputation for a strict code of conduct and excellent player behaviour.
The role of referee is absolutely vital to the business and as such our referees are provided with good pay, equipment/clothing and importantly the full support of onsite staff, the office team and Hampshire FA.
Qualifications and experience is preferred but we may offer trials to enthusiaistic applicants and with the full support of Hampshire FA will then offer training and qualifications to sucessful candidates.
5 - League Manager - posted Oct 24th.
1- 4 evenings per week - £5 - £7 p/hr
Confident, outgoing person required for evening work managing sucessful 5 a side leagues in the Hampshire area. Several positions are available at existing sites with more posts opening in 2010 at new venues within Hampshire. Hardworking, honesty, reliability and willingness to chat to lots of footballers is essential!
You will be responsible for the smooth management of match night.
Preperation of paperwork, fixtures and referees prior to first kick off.
Setting up the venue pre-match.
Greet teams and inform them of any news, assist with their enquiries.
Observe and manage matches, ensuring that the rules are adhered to and teams have suffucient balls to keep matches flowing.
Supporting and directing the league managers assistant/other staff members.
Answering all team queries and complaints, taking and recording team payments.
Packing up the venue, updating match scores via the website, banking, completing payment records and nightly notes to be returned by email to the office.
Requirements
Male or female 16yrs +
Excellent communication skills
Confident, self motivated decision maker
Customer experience preferred
Football/sports experience preferred but not essential
Basic maths and english qualifications as well as competence with internet use, microsoft word and excel.
Clean driving licencse and own transport is an advantage but not essential.
All staff will be CRB.
First Aid and FA refereeing qualification preferred, though training and qualifications will be provided to sucessfull applicants.
6 - Trainee League Manager/ Managers Assistant - posted Oct 24th.
1-4 evenings p/wk - £4 - £6 p/hr

Your main role will be to assist the League manager in all areas of the nightly tasks, observing matches, ensuring the venue is correctly and safely set-up, managing the flying footballs and helping teams where necessary.
You wil gain experience of the managers role which may lead to opportunity for promotion should future posts become available.
May also suit existing players who are able to stay at the venue all night but would still like to play their match during the shift.
